Use quotes for the same contact count
Get two quotes from ActiveCampaign pricing or your account. Choose comparable contact limits and the same currency. Enter actual quoted amounts; this calculator does not guess a rate per contact or fetch vendor prices.
Compare annual and monthly billing consistently
A full annual charge is divided by 12. Monthly add-ons are then added. Multiplying the monthly equivalent by 12 gives the annualised cost. If a quote shows a monthly equivalent billed annually, multiply that figure by 12 before entering it as a full annual charge.
Illustrative example, not vendor pricing: a 900 annual quote equals 75 per month. A separate 85 monthly quote costs 1,020 across 12 months. With no add-ons, the first quote costs 120 less.
Price is one part of choosing a plan
Monthly cost per 1,000 contacts divides the monthly equivalent by your contact count and multiplies by 1,000. It is a comparison metric, not a price ActiveCampaign charges.
Compare features, sending allowances and contract terms separately. The totals exclude tax, one-time fees, changing contact counts and future price changes.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are these current ActiveCampaign prices?
No. You supply both quotes from the official pricing page or your account. No vendor rates are prefilled.
What should I enter for annual billing?
Enter the full annual charge, not the advertised monthly equivalent, and select Full annual charge.
How are add-ons handled?
Enter monthly add-on costs for each quote. They are included in the monthly equivalent and 12-month total.
Can I compare different contact tiers?
Use quotes for the same contact count for a meaningful comparison. This tool does not determine the appropriate vendor tier.
