Formula
Local and ACH: net = amount - flat fee. SWIFT: fee = max($30, amount x 0.02), then net = amount - fee.
On $500 SWIFT, 2% is $10, so the $30 minimum wins. On $2,000 SWIFT, 2% is $40 and the minimum no longer binds.
Wise vs Payoneer
Wise is usually a send-from-bank corridor quote. Payoneer is often a receive-then-withdraw wallet. Do not mix the fee tables.

What is the default $500 local result?
Local $3 fee, net $497. ACH at $1.50 would net $498.50. SWIFT at 2% of $500 is $10, but the $30 minimum applies, so net is $470.
Why can I edit local and ACH fees?
Payoneer publishes different flat fees by country and account type. USD ACH in the US is often cheaper than a local payout elsewhere. Paste the number from your withdrawal screen.
What about the Payoneer Mastercard ATM fee?
ATM and FX card fees are a different product. This page is bank withdrawals of a balance. Do not use SWIFT mode to approximate ATM cash.
